Aayushree Nepal is a development professional specializing in gender and development, research, evaluation, policy analysis, and program support. She holds an MA in Gender and Development from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex, and a BA in International Relations with a minor in Business Administration from Webster University. Her professional experience spans international development, gender equality, social inclusion, community empowerment, and evidence-informed policy, with experience working with organizations including Welsh Women's Aid, UN Women, UNICEF, SAARC Secretariat, and ActionAid Nepal. 

Aayushree brings strong capabilities in research and policy analysis, evidence synthesis, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, knowledge management, program coordination, and professional communication. Her experience includes supporting regional evaluations, developing research and communication products, coordinating stakeholder engagement, contributing to gender-responsive programs, and working with marginalized communities.
